This programme is designed for those who are overweight and want  safe, sustainable weight and inch loss. It is also suitable for guests seeking healthy weight gain with an improved and balanced metabolism .
Unlike aggressive or short-term weight loss plans, Ananda’s approach combines Ayurveda, international therapies, yoga, fitness, meditation, emotional healing, and a customised dosha-based diet. It addresses both the physical and emotional root causes of weight imbalance, ensuring long-term, sustainable results.
The Weight Management Programme is available from 14 nights onwards. This duration allows for deep detoxification through Ayurvedic therapies ,aromatherapy scrubs with essential oils and sea salt, Panchakarma cleansing treatments like medicated oil enemas, and herbal decoctions. These therapies eliminate toxins, reduce subcutaneous fat, and boost metabolism.
You’ll be placed on a personalised dosha-based Ayurvedic diet, using organic ingredients with balanced micro and macronutrients. The diet is designed to balance your digestive fire (Agni), curb false appetite, improve digestion, and prevent fat and toxin accumulation.
Fitness activities are customised after a fitness consultation on arrival. These may include cardiovascular workouts, strength training, flexibility exercises, and interval training tailored to your body’s capabilities. Yoga and pranayama sessions are also integrated for attaining balance and mindfulness.
Weight issues are often linked to unresolved emotional blockages. Emotional healing sessions at Ananda help release repressed emotions, creating a healthier balance between mind and body, and supporting sustainable weight management.
