Frequently Asked Questions

The program is designed for those experiencing a range of chronic pain conditions, including musculoskeletal pain, cervical spondylosis, spinal and specific joint issues, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, lower back pain, and other unexplained aches and pains. It is effective for conditions where pain onset is less than 2 to 4 years, but it also has a specialized 14-night program for pain that has been present for more than 5 to 6 years, or for those with neuro-muscular, neurological, or degenerative conditions.
The program begins with a detailed assessment by Physiotherapy and Ayurvedic experts to determine the root cause of the pain. Based on the assessment, which can include conditions like fibromyalgia, chronic neck pain, or chronic low back pain, a set of customized exercises and therapies are given under expert guidance to alleviate the pain.
The program is tailored based on the duration of your pain. For non-chronic conditions where pain onset is less than 2-4 years, the program focuses on symptomatic pain relief, mobility enhancement, and providing guidelines for ongoing management. If your pain has been present for more than 5-6 years or is a neuro-muscular or degenerative condition, a minimum 14-night program is required. For chronic conditions - Physiotherapy works on pain relief and improving mobility while Ayurvedic therapies with medicated enemas focus on reducing inflammation and degeneration, nourishing and strengthening tissues.
The program uses topical Ayurvedic therapies and localized therapies to reduce inflammation. These procedures involve the manipulation of soft tissue structures to prevent or alleviate pain, spasm, tension, or stress and promote musculoskeletal health.
Physiotherapy is a core component of the treatment, beginning with a detailed assessment by expert physiotherapists. Sessions are designed to increase the range of motion of joints, mobilise soft tissues, modulate pain, and reduce inflammation. A set of customised exercises is practiced under expert guidance, and a home exercise regimen is prescribed to ensure long-term pain alleviation.
Yes, the program includes an anti-inflammatory dietary approach. This customised nutrition plan supports the overall treatment and helps reduce inflammation, which is a key part of pain management.
