Ayurvedic therapies like Abhyanga (full-body massage), Pada Abhyanga (foot massage), Shirodhara (warm oil flow on the third eye), and Netra Tarpan (eye ritual) calm the nervous system, reduce overstimulation, and prepare the mind and body for deep, restful sleep.
You will follow a Brimhana (nourishing) diet, rich in specific Ayurvedic infusions and tailored foods to restore metabolism, strengthen tissues (dhatus), and build ojas (vital energy) — all essential for steady, restorative sleep.
Treatments include grounding aromatherapy, reflexology, acupuncture, hydrobaths, and Trataka (candle-gazing meditation). These calm the brain, balance circadian rhythms, and train the mind to enter deep relaxation.
The programme is offered from 7 nights, but a stay of 14 nights or more is recommended to re-train your body’s sleep-wake cycle, heal emotional imbalances, and establish sustainable sleep patterns.
