The Activ-Fitness Programme focuses on enhancing fitness and muscle tone by integrating Vyayama, the age-old Indian ritual for movement and breath integrated with contemporary fitness training techniques. Carefully guided at each step by Ayurvedic Physicians, Physical fitness trainers, and Holistic Physiotherapists, each individual’s unique body-mind constitution, or dosha is adapted to a holistic fitness regime. The Activ-Fitness programme blends personal fitness sessions, Ayurvedic therapeutic treatments, customised diets, yoga, aqua fitness, and outdoor hikes. 

The programme is ideal for those keen to enhance cardiovascular fitness, improving blood circulation and range of motion of the joints, addressing neuromuscular problems, developing muscle tone, strength and elasticity, improving blood circulation, reducing water retention, and improving lymphatic stimulation.

Every element is overseen jointly by Ayurvedic physicians, physical-fitness trainers and holistic physiotherapists to develop a toned, powerful and agile body while preserving dosha balance.
It is designed for guests who want a holistic way to boost cardiovascular fitness, improve blood circulation and joint range of motion, correct neuromuscular issues, build muscle tone and elasticity, reduce water retention and stimulate the lymphatic system.
On arrival, experts assess your dosha (bio-energetic constitution) and musculoskeletal structure. This guides a custom daily schedule (dinacharya), postural analysis, physiotherapy to correct structural imbalances and an anti-inflammatory diet plan tailored to your individual needs.
Daily activity combines individual fitness sessions, outdoor boot camps or trail workouts, and scheduled group classes such as core strengthening, mobility work, foam rolling and stretching. Aqua fitness, yoga and guided Himalayan treks round out the experience.
Guests with chronic injuries receive dedicated rehabilitation through personal training.
