Hormonal Rebalance

The Ananda Rebalance programme applies Traditional Oriental therapies and Ayurvedic therapies  to address hormonal balance, specifically for menopause in women and also to address changes in testosterone and other hormones in men. This healing approach focusses on the blockage of energy flowing through the fourteen meridians. Menstrual Health

Ananda’s Menstrual Health programme addresses menstrual disorders like Abnormal Uterine Bleeding (including heavy menstrual bleeding, amenorrhea, or irregular periods), Dysmenorrhea (extremely painful periods), Premenstrual Syndrome, Endometriosis, Uterine fibroids and cysts, as well as those in pre-menopausal and post-menopausal stages, and individuals with PCOS/PCOD. Le Programme d'Amélioration du Sommeil d'Ananda est une approche holistique personnalisée comprenant des modifications du mode de vie, des corrections diététiques, des thérapies ayurvédiques et de la médecine traditionnelle chinoise pour améliorer la qualité du sommeil tout en traitant les complications associées aux troubles du sommeil perturbé. Les thérapies de guérison et les conseils des médecins, yogis et guérisseurs aident à apaiser les nerfs, restaurer l'équilibre métabolique et émotionnel pour des niveaux d'énergie élevés, une concentration améliorée, une attention sans effort et un état renouvelé de soi.

Pour qui est ce programme : Il s'adresse à ceux qui souffrent d'apnée du sommeil, de procrastination du sommeil, d'insomnie, de sommeil interrompu, de rythmes de sommeil erratiques et de rêves incessants. Le décalage circadien induit par le manque de sommeil pourrait entraîner des conditions inflammatoires, cardiovasculaires, hypertension, obésité, sautes d'humeur, troubles anxieux et dépression. L'incapacité à dormir ou une sensation constante de fatigue est une plainte de plus en plus fréquente, d'où l'objectif principal du programme est d'améliorer la qualité du sommeil et d'améliorer la capacité de l'esprit à entrer dans un état de repos profond.

À travers des infusions ayurvédiques et un régime Brimhana (nourrissant, renforçant), la première phase du programme rétablit le métabolisme pour nourrir le système Ojas (énergie vitale et essence essentielle) et les dhatus (tissus). Les traitements ayurvédiques et les thérapies tibétaines, tels que l'Abhyanga (massage du corps entier), le Pada Abhyanga (massage des pieds), la réflexologie, le Netra Tarpan (rituel des yeux), l'aromathérapie ancrante et le Shirodhara (technique de guérison axée sur le chakra du troisième œil), stimulent un flux libre d'énergie dans le corps.
