The programme blends Vyayama an ancient Indian movement-and-breath ritual with contemporary fitness techniques. Every element is overseen jointly by Ayurvedic physicians, physical fitness trainers and holistic physiotherapists to develop a toned, powerful and agile body while preserving dosha balance.
On arrival, our experts assess your dosha (bio-energetic constitution) and musculoskeletal structure to create a personalised, expert-led fitness programme. Based on this evaluation, you receive a customised daily schedule (dinacharya) that includes postural analysis, physiotherapy to correct structural imbalances, and an anti-inflammatory diet plan tailored to your individual needs.
Daily activity combines individual fitness sessions, outdoor boot camps or trail workouts, and scheduled group classes such as core strengthening, mobility work, and stretching. Aqua fitness, yoga and guided Himalayan treks round out the experience.
Guests with chronic injuries receive dedicated rehabilitation through personal training. Throughout the stay, physiotherapy and sports massages alleviate soreness, enhance blood flow and facilitate recovery so you can train safely and effectively.
