All Government Taxes are charged additionally and will be levied as per the charges prevalent during the time of the stay. In case of advance remittances, the additional tax amount, if any, will be collected directly at the time of check-out.
In order to preserve the tranquility of the Destination Spa, Children below the age of 14 years are not permitted at Ananda - in the Himalayas.
Use of the spa facilities like Sauna, Steam and the spa therapies are available to guests who are of the age of 18 years and above. However, those under 18 years can take part in other scheduled activities like yoga, meditation, treks and use of the swimming pool.
Our rooms are designed for Double, Twin and Single occupancy only. The Luxury 2 Bedroom Villas can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests.

Confirmation Policy
All confirmations are subject to a 1-night advance deposit received by us by way of a credit card authorization/ wire transfer within 3 working days of making the reservation or else the reservation will be released automatically without any prior notice.
The balance amount totaling up to a full 100% advance deposit must be received 21-days prior to arrival, failing which the hotel reserves the right to release the reservation without any prior notice.
Confirmation Voucher is subject to the advance deposits being realized.
No cancellation fee will be applicable should the cancellation be received any time until 21 days prior to arrival. The 1-night deposit can either be refunded after adjusting for the transaction fees, if any, or can be adjusted against a subsequent stay of the same or another guest.
Cancellations received any time until 7 days
prior to arrival will attract a 25% cancellation fee. The
deposit will be adjusted against a future stay and the advance
will not be refunded.
Cancellations received less than 7 days will attract a 50% cancellation fee. The deposit will be adjusted against a future stay and the advance will not be refunded.
