All Government Taxes are charged additionally and will be levied as per the charges prevalent during the time of the stay. In case of advance remittances, the additional tax amount, if any, will be collected directly at the time of check-out.
Check-In time is 2 pm and Check-Out Time is 11 am.
Early check-in charges: To guarantee a room any time prior to 9 am, 100% of the 1st night charge will be levied. To guarantee a room any time beyond 9 am, 50% of the 1st night will be levied.
Late check-out charges: To guarantee the room any time beyond 5 pm, 100% of the previous night’s charge will be levied. To guarantee the room any time up to 5 pm, 50% of the previous night’s charge will be levied.
In order to preserve the tranquility of the Destination Spa, Children below the age of 14 years are not permitted at the Ananda -In The Himalayas.
Use of the spa facilities like Sauna, Steam and the spa therapies are available only to guests who are of the age of 18 years and above. However, those under 18 years can take part in other scheduled activities like yoga, meditation, treks and use of the swimming pool.
"Experience Ananda" and the "Essentially Ananda" package rates are applicable only to those domiciled in India (whether Indian Nationals or Foreign Nationals with a certificate of registration).
Confirmation Policy
All confirmations are subject to a 100% advance deposit received by us by way of a credit card Authorization / wire transfer.
Confirmation Voucher is subject to the advance deposit being realized.
The advance must be received atleast 21 days prior to check-in. For bookings made less than 21 days of arrival, the advance must be received within 2 working days of making the reservation or else the reservation will be released automatically.
Cancellations received any time until 7 days prior to arrival will attract a 50% cancellation fee. The balance can either be refunded after deducting the transaction fees, if any, or can be adjusted against a future stay by the same or another guest.
Cancellation received less than 7 days prior to arrival will attract a 100% cancellation fee.
