Confirmation Policy |

All confirmations are subject to a 100% advance
deposit received by us by way of a credit card authorization. |
|
|
The advance must be received within 3 working
days of making the reservation or else the reservation will be
released automatically without any prior notice. |

|
Confirmation Voucher is subject to the 100%
advance deposit being realized. |
Cancellation Policy |
|
|
All cancellations must be received in writing
and sent to: reservation@anandaspa.com. |
|
|
No cancellation fee will be applicable should
the cancellation be received in writing any time until 15 days
prior to arrival. The deposit can either be refunded after
adjusting for the transaction fees, if any, or can be adjusted
against a subsequent stay of the same or another guest. |
|
|
Cancellations received any time until 72 hours
prior to arrival will attract a 50% cancellation fee. The
balance can either be refunded after deducting the transaction
fees, if any, or can be adjusted against a future stay by the
same or another guest. |
|
|
Cancellations received less than 72 hours prior
to arrival will attract a 100% cancellation fee. The balance can
either be refunded after deducting the transaction fees, if any,
or can be adjusted against a future stay by the same or another
guest. |
Child Policy |

In order to preserve the tranquility of the
Destination Spa, Children below the age of 14 years are not
permitted at Ananda - in the Himalayas. |
|
|
Use of the spa facilities like Sauna, Steam and
Plunge Pool and the spa therapies are available to guests who
are of the age of 18 years and above. |
|
|
However, those under 18 years can take part in
other scheduled activities like yoga, meditation, treks and use
of the swimming pool. |
Statutory Requirements |

As per the statutory requirement by the
Government of India, please furnish a Government Photographic
Identification at the time of check-in to the hotel. |
|
|
Furthermore, please note that, in order to make
cash payments equal to or above INR 25000, anytime during the
stay, there is a statutory requirement by the Government of
India to furnish a valid PAN (Permanent Account Number) card to
the hotel. |
Supplement Charges |

Supplement charges are applicable over the
Christmas and New Year periods for the gala dinners. |
|
|
Supplement charges of INR. 3500 per guest
including taxes for Christmas eve dinner. |
|
|
Supplement charges of INR 4950 per guest
including taxes for New Year eve dinner. |
