• Scheduled Spa Lifestyle and Wellness activities: Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Vedanta, Fitness, Cooking demonstrations Lectures, Workshops and Excursions.
• For all reservations falling over the Christmas & New Year period a supplementary charge will apply. Christmas Eve and New Year Eve dinners are mandatory. Guests booked on the per night rates and staying on through 31st December, would have to stay for a minimum of 3 nights.

• Complimentary transfers from the Haridwar Railway Station or Dehradun Airport

• All Government Taxes are charged additionally and will be levied as per the charges prevalent during the time of the stay. In case of advance remittances, the additional tax amount, if any, will be collected directly at the time of check-out.
• Check-In time is 2 pm and Check-Out Time is 11 am.
• Early check-in charges: To guarantee a room any time prior to 9 am, 100% of the 1st night charge will be levied. To guarantee a room any time beyond 9 am, 50% of the 1st night will be levied.
• Late check-out charges: To guarantee the room any time beyond 5 pm, 100% of the previous night's charge will be levied. To guarantee the room any time up to 5 pm, 50% of the previous night's charge will be levied.
• In order to preserve the tranquility of the Destination Spa, Children below the age of 14 years are not permitted at the Ananda -In The Himalayas.
• Use of the spa facilities like Sauna, Steam and the spa therapies are available only to guests who are of the age of 18 years and above. However, those under 18 years can take part in other scheduled activities like yoga, meditation, treks and use of the swimming pool.

• All confirmations are subject to receipt of a credit card authorization form/ wire transfer/ travel company voucher.
• The above must be received at least 21 days prior to check-in. For bookings made less than 21 days prior to arrival, the above must be received within 2 working days of making the reservation or else the reservation will be released automatically.
• Please note that in the case of a credit card authorization the card will only be charged in the event of a cancellation charge, if any (as per the cancellation policy for this package). In the case of a wire trasfer the refund will be processed after deduction of the cancellation charges if any (as per the cancellation policy for this package)

On arrival in Delhi , if you are booked at any of our partner hotels you will be received at the Airport by the hotel representative and escorted to your transport. Transfers to the hotel can be arranged if you require, again at special rates. And if you require a quick transfer direct from the International Airport to the Domestic airport to connect to Ananda or to the Delhi Railway station, this can be arranged as well
