Spa appoints Luisa Anderson as Spa Director.
In her role Luisa will be responsible for developing
Ananda as a unique facility for meeting every
individual's personal goal of rejuvenation,
relaxation and wellness of mind, body and soul.

and knowledge with internationally acclaimed

Luisa
has over 6 years experience in the hospitality
industry. Prior to joining Ananda, Luisa has
worked with the Four Seasons Resort, Maldives,
where she was Spa Manager (2001 - 2002) and
was instrumental in opening the Spa at the Resort
by implementing and marinating the Four Seasons
standards. To date, Luisa has successfully conceptualized
and opened Spa centers on Dunk Island Resort,
Pavilion Spa Lizard Island and Silky Oaks Lodge
by bringing to them an international arena of
treatments, remedies and secrets from around
the world. Luisa has also worked as senior Spa
therapist with Hyatt Regency Coolum (1996 -
1998) where she introduced Reiki.
Luisa is a registered nurse and a midwife and
holds diplomas in Swedish massage, Lymphatic
Drainage massage, Ayurvedic massage and breath
therapy. Luisa enjoys photography, meditation
and playing golf.
